Real projects

Ukraine Timber: handmade furniture, exported to the UK.

PytnaVoda: water delivery in three Ukrainian cities.

How customers slip away on an ordinary day.

An ordinary Tuesday in a busy business:

  1. 11:20

The phone rings while you’re with a customer. They don’t call back.

  2. 14:05

A form on your website lands in an inbox nobody checks.

  3. 19:30

You send a quote. Nobody follows up.

  4. 22:40

A WhatsApp comes in. You answer it on Thursday.

  5. Always

The customer’s details live in three different places.

How a request travels, from start to finish.

An example everyone knows: someone books a table at a restaurant. Every step is logged and nobody has to remember anything.

Example with made-up data. Not a real client.

  1. Step 1 of 6: A customer messages on WhatsApp to book a table.

    WhatsAppNew

Hi, do you have a table for 4 on Friday at 21:00?18:42

  2. Step 2 of 6: The request is logged, with its channel and time.

What we build.

Websites and online shops

A website that explains what you do and brings in enquiries. Structure and copy, design, development and, if needed, two languages.

Enquiries go straight to your WhatsApp or your CRM, not to an inbox nobody checks.

Websites and online shops

Automation and CRM

Less copying and pasting. WhatsApp messages, forms and calls arrive in one place, and every order or appointment is logged.

No request goes unanswered: you get an alert when it’s time to follow up, and people handle it.

Automation and CRM

Two real businesses. Both in the family.

So far, our two main projects are businesses owned by the founder’s family, where we run everything digital. We show them to you in full: what was there, what we built and what is still pending.

Ukraine Timber

Handmade solid-wood furniture, exported to the UK. Online shop in Ukrainian and English.

A business owned by the founder’s family. We run everything digital for it.

What needed solving
A configurable product: wood and finish change the price, and the order has to arrive exactly as chosen.
What we built
Design and development of the shop: catalogue, product configuration, checkout, admin panel and technical SEO.
What changed
Wood, finish, payment and shipping are all chosen on the same site, with the price of each option.

PytnaVoda

Water delivery in three Ukrainian cities. A CRM, a dispatch tool and automated workflows, connected to the drivers’ app.

A business owned by the founder’s family. We run everything digital for it.

Before
Every order was posted in a Viber group and the driver replied with a “like”. Nothing else was recorded.
What we built
We set up a CRM as the base for orders and customers, and built a dispatch tool and automated workflows with reports around it, connected to the drivers’ app.
What changed
Orders stay in the CRM with each customer’s history, and dispatch, app and reports all read the same data.

How we work together.

Six phases, always in the same order. In each one you know what we do and what we need from you.

  1. 1

    Understand

We look at how customers reach you today and talk for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Define

We send you a written proposal with scope, timeline, price and payments.

  3. 3

    Build

We build the website and the system, and show you progress before moving on.

  4. 4

    Validate

You test it with real cases and we review security and privacy before going live.

  5. 5

    Launch

We go live and hand over access, documentation and a short training session.

  6. 6

    Improve

If you want, we keep improving with real data, as a separate service.

We reply within 24 hours.

We include 14 days to fix errors after delivery.

  • Scope, timeline and price, in writing before we start.
  • What’s yours stays yours: accounts and access in your name whenever the platform allows it.

How we work

We understand your business before we touch the technology.

We design the website and the system behind it, build them, and stay around once they’re running. We started with the digital side of two family businesses; today we work the same way for yours, from Alicante.

How we work

Beyondless

Questions.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the scope. Before we start you know what’s included, what it costs and what you get.

How long does it take?

As a guide, a standard website takes 2 to 4 weeks and an online shop 3 to 6. It depends on the scope and on content, your answers and access arriving on time; the deadline is fixed in the proposal.

I already have a website (through Spain’s Kit Digital scheme or otherwise). Do I have to start from scratch?

Not always. We review it first. Sometimes improving and connecting it is enough; other times it’s worth rebuilding. We tell you before you spend anything.

Who does the work? And what if something happens?

Beyondless is an independent digital studio: the person you talk to is the person who builds. We leave everything documented, with access handed over, using standard technologies another professional can maintain.

Who owns the website and the access?

Accounts and assets created specifically for your project are held in your name whenever the platform allows it. When we finish, we hand over the access and the documentation you need so you don’t depend on Beyondless. Third-party tools and licences keep their own terms.

Do you offer AI voice assistants?

Not yet. We’d rather not sell you something we don’t have running in a real business.

Do I have to change my software?

Almost never. If your software has an API or lets you export, it can nearly always be connected. If not, we tell you before we start.

Are your projects family businesses?

Yes. Ukraine Timber and PytnaVoda belong to the founder’s family and we run everything digital for them. That’s why we show them in full, with what works and what is still pending.

Where are you losing customers? We’ll tell you, free.

  1. You tell us about your business in two minutes.
  2. We review your website and how customers reach you.
  3. We send you a 5 to 10 minute video with what we’d change.

No commitment.
